Terms of Use
Last updated: July 20, 2026
By using Invoicing Agent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Invoicing Agent is operated by STEWARD OF THE KING LLC.
The service
Invoicing Agent is a web-based tool that helps field-service businesses create estimates and invoices from voice or text and optionally create those documents in connected bookkeeping software (Wave, QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks). It may include optional bank deposit matching and spending tools for company owners or managers.
Your responsibilities
- Review all AI-generated content before sending it to customers or saving it to your books.
- Ensure prices, taxes, scopes of work, and customer details are accurate and lawful.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your company account, including invited users.
- Follow licensing, consumer, tax, and employment rules that apply to your trade and location.
- Do not misuse the service (abuse, attacking servers, scraping, or reselling access without permission).
Accounts & roles
- Owner — full company control (books connection, team, billing-related settings).
- Manager — operational access including optional bank tools when enabled.
- Technician — create drafts only; no bank tools and no books connection.
Purchases & subscriptions
- Plans may include Solo, Company, and Shop tiers, each with a free trial period as offered at checkout.
- Bank & Card Sync may be offered as an optional paid add-on.
- Bookkeeping Migration (QuickBooks Online ↔ Wave) may be offered as a one-time paid service, priced by volume packages. That service is also governed by our separate Bookkeeping Migration Terms, which you must accept before we perform a migration.
- Payments and trials are processed by Whop. Refunds and cancellations follow Whop’s process and any rights under applicable law.
- We may change pricing for new purchases. Existing subscriptions renew at the rate agreed at signup unless changed under Whop’s terms.
Bookkeeping Migration
One-time migrations into or out of third-party accounting software are best-effort technical services. You authorize access, back up your data, review results, and remain responsible for the accuracy of your books. Full terms, exclusions, and liability limits for migrations are in Bookkeeping Migration Terms.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (for example Whop, Wave, Intuit QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, AI providers, and hosting). Their brands are trademarks of their owners. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes by third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
Invoicing Agent is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI output, correct tax amounts, or successful payment collection. See our Legal Disclaimer for AI and books-related limits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEWARD OF THE KING LLC and its operators are not liable for lost revenue, incorrect invoices, tax errors, customer disputes, data loss, third-party failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50), to the extent such limit is enforceable. For a claim arising solely from a paid Bookkeeping Migration, liability is limited as stated in the Bookkeeping Migration Terms (generally, fees paid for that migration package).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel paid access through Whop where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
