Privacy Policy

Invoicing Agent (“we,” “us”) is operated by STEWARD OF THE KING LLC. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account info — name, email, role, and password (stored as a hash / credential for login).
- Business info — company name and settings you configure.
- Job content you submit — voice transcripts, typed job descriptions, and draft estimate/invoice content.
- Bookkeeping connection data — OAuth tokens or access credentials you authorize for Wave, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or FreshBooks (so we can create documents in your books).
- Optional bank tools — if you enable Bank & Card Sync, transaction descriptions, amounts, and categories for matching (owner/manager only).
- Purchase records — subscription status and Whop membership identifiers (we do not store full card numbers).
- Basic server logs — IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
- Provide voice estimating, draft review, and document creation in your books
- Run crew invites, roles, and company admin tools
- Process subscriptions and trials via Whop
- Respond to support requests
- Prevent abuse and keep the service secure
We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Voice and text you submit may be sent to AI providers (for example, xAI) to generate estimate/invoice drafts. Do not submit information you are not allowed to process. Always review AI output before sending to customers.
Where data is stored
- Our servers — accounts, settings, drafts, and session data (hosted on providers such as Render).
- Your accounting software — customers, products, estimates, and invoices you create live under your Wave / QuickBooks / Xero / FreshBooks account.
- Third parties — Whop (payments), AI providers (draft generation), and map or infrastructure vendors as needed to run the product.
Retention & deletion
- Account data is kept while your company uses the Service and as needed for billing, tax, and support.
- Data already written to your books platform is controlled by you and that provider.
To request deletion of account data we control, email hello@stewardoftheking.com from your owner account email.
Children
Invoicing Agent is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
