Not a substitute for professional judgment
The Service is a productivity tool for field-service businesses. It is not a licensed estimator, accountant, attorney, or tax advisor. You remain responsible for pricing, scope of work, warranties, consumer disclosures, taxes, and compliance with trade licensing laws in your area.
AI-generated estimates & invoices
- AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a specific job or customer.
- Always verify customer details, line items, quantities, unit prices, tax, and terms before sending.
- STEWARD OF THE KING LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of any generated document.
Your books (Wave, QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks)
- Documents created through the app are written into your connected accounting account.
- You are solely responsible for what is created, emailed, or recorded there.
- Third-party brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not endorsed by them unless stated in writing.
Bank & card tools (optional)
Deposit matching and credit-card spending tools are optional, for company owners or managers only. Matching suggestions can be wrong — verify before treating a deposit as payment or a charge as categorized. Voice estimating does not require bank access.
Bookkeeping Migration (optional one-time service)
- Moving data between QuickBooks Online and Wave (or reverse) is a best-effort technical service.
- You must back up source data, authorize access, and review every customer, invoice, and balance after migration.
- We are not your CPA or bookkeeper of record. Imperfect source data can produce imperfect results.
